- We always went to Denny’s growing up, and for a time Mike had the skater hair do where he’d have to flick his head to shake the bangs out of his eyes. When the waitress would ask what he wanted, he’d always say, “I’ll have the, uh, eggs benedict (head flick) with the uh, (head flick) hollandaise sauce on the side.”
- He had a slight speech impediment and would say “Arty Dooty” instead of R2D2.
- Blanket wrestling (don’t ask unless you really, really want to know).
- Our excitement and hand gestures when the at the movies and it was finally time for the Feature Presentation.
- Blowfish (again, don’t ask)
- “Sissy?” “Yeah?” “Wanna play a game?” “Okay.” “Let’s play the rhyming game.” “Okay. Star.” “Bar.” “Car.” “Far.”
- Pizza eating contests at Pizza & Pipes on a Friday night.
- Having to share french fries at McDonald’s and him being sneaky enough to eat fries first while I ate my burger first…then when I was ready for fries, they were all gone.
- Trying to peek through the vents in our upstairs rooms as Mom & Dad wrapped Christmas presents.

Aww! This makes me want to call my brother and tell him I love him. We have been very close for several years now. It was so hard for us to track each other down due to schedule stuff. A couple of years ago, we decided to make a set schedule to talk every Sunday at 3:00. We have thoroughly enjoyed that time. Do you happen to need a chaperone for the Maui trip?!?!?!?

Since he was your Maid of Honor, I only think it is far that you be the Best Man! Your blog is precious and I can so relate. My older brother, Tim, and I DID NOT GET ALONG AT ALL growing up!! He is literally the complete opposite of me…no joke! We did not agree on anything growing up and got into the worse fights ever!! But about the time he got married over 15 years ago (how can that be!!) things changed with both of us. We both matured (I know that is hard to believe about me but it is true…sometimes!!) and we both finally realized the true importance of family and what a precious, precious, precious gift from God family is. So now, my brother and I get along great and respect our differences and can finally just talk to each other maturely. My brother's family (sister-in-law, nephew and niece) mean more to me than I could ever express in words. What an AWESOME work God has done in both of us as we have grown closer to Him!!! Praise the Lord! There is nothing like family!!

I'm not going to lie about this…I have tears in my eyes both from laughing and missing you terribly. We have some great memories sis and will have many more to come. You have been there for me through thick and thin, in my corner always cheering me on. That's why I couldn't imagine anyone else standing beside me at my wedding. I love you sissy. -MikeyP.S. I still eat all of my french fries first before the burger. Habit I guess.
